Day 1 (Tue) - 09 Nov 10: Singapore/Dubai/Amman/Petra [L/D]

Assemble at Changi International Airport. Emirates Airline – EK 349 depart at 0125 hrs. Arrive Amman Airport where we will be met by our local guide In Jordan. Proceed to Petra. Check in hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 (Wed) - 10 Nov 10: Petra/Mt. Nebo/Madaba/Amman [B/L/D]
After breakfast we visit the ruins of the magnificent ancient City of Petra – the 2000 years old Nabatean capital. Walk through the Siq, a half mile long unforgettable gorge where you will reach Treasury Building, a veritable wonder of the World. Next we depart and drive to Mt. Nebo from which Moses first glimpsed the Holy Land. At Mt. Nebo you will have a spectacular view of Jordan River, the Dead Sea and in good weather you will be able to see Jerusalem. Next stop is Madabato to visit the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George to see one of the oldest well preserved by Byzantine Mosiac Map of Jerusalem. Continue our journey to Amman. Overnight in Amman.

Day 3 (Thu) - 11 Nov 10: Amman/Allenby Bridge/Jericho/Nazareth [B/L/D]

After breakfast and checking out from the hotel we will drive to Allenby Bridge, also known as King Hussein Bridge, to cross to the Holy Land. We will make our way to visit the garden city of Jericho, the oldest city in the world, dominated by the Mount of Temptation. Lunch in Jerico. From Jericho we drive up north to Nazareth for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 (Fri) - 12 Nov 10: Sea of Galilee/Capernaum/Tabgha/Mt. of Beatitudes/Mt. Tabor [B/L/D]

This day will be an exciting day in the Galilee area after a delicious breakfast.  We will depart from the Roman hot springs resort city of Tiberias via a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum (John 6:24) to visit the ancient ruins of the first century synagogue where Jesus preached (Math 4:13-17). Then onto the Mt. of Beatitudes where Jesus preached the “Sermon on the Mount (Math: 5-7) and to Tabgha – the chapel dedicated to the multiplication of the loaves and fishes – (Mark: 6:34-44) and to the Primacy of St. Peter where Jesus appeared to his Disciple the third time after resurrection (John 21). After lunch we go to Mt. Tabor to visit the Church of Transfiguration. (Math 17).

Day 5 (Sat) - 13 Nov 10: Nazareth/Cana/Haifa/Caesarea/Jaffa/Bethlehem [B/L/D]

After breakfast and checking out from the Hotel, we will follow the fresh mountain waters of Mt. Hermon to the Sea of Galilee and to the outlet passage at the southern tip of the Sea. We will stop at the beautiful Pilgrims Park at the Jordan River. Then we drive to Cana, site of the first miracle of Jesus. In Cana we will celebrate mass and renewal of wedding vows. Then to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation and the Carpentry Shop. Travelling westward we visit Haifa and Mt. Carmel. Continue southward along the Way of the Sea to Caesarea, the Roman city of Herod where sights include Crusader fortifications and the Roman aqueducts and amphitheatre. Drive through the citrus groves and farms of the rich land of Sharon to Tel Aviv and then Jaffa, where Jonah set sail and Peter raised Dorcas from the dead. Joppa was the home of Simon the Tanner. From Jaffa we drive to Bethlehem for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 6 (Sun) - 14 Nov 10: Bethlehem/Jerusalem/Bethlehem [B/L/D]

Drive up to Mt. of Olives for an early morning panoramic view of the city. Visits include the Chapel of Ascension, Pater Noster and Dominus Flevit. Walk the Hosanna Road; stop at the Dominus Flevit church where Jesus wept for the City. Then continue to Garden of Gethsemane and Church of All Nations, view the Golden Gate. From there we drive to Mt. Zion to visit the church of St. Peter’s in Gallicantu, the church of the Doormition Abbey, King David’s Tomb and Room of the Last Supper. Then we drive to Bethlehem for lunch and visit the Church of The Nativity, Manger Square, the Fields of Boaz and Shepherd’s Fields and Caves. Dinner and Overnight in Bethlehem.

Day 7 (Mon) - 15 Nov 10: Via Dolorosa/Old Walled City/Ein Karem [B/L/D]

Early morning we depart for our morning walking tour that takes in everything within the ancient Old Walled City. Highlighted by the Western (Wailing) wall, the Temple area, Dome of the Rock, Via Dolorosa, Ecce Homo Arch, Church of the Holy Sepulcher, Pilate’s Judgement Hall, Chapel of the Flagellation, Pool of Bethesda, David’s Tower and Jaffa Gate. In the afternoon we will depart for Ein Karem to visit the church of St. John the Baptist and the church of the visitation, where Mary visited Elizabeth the mother of John the Baptist. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 8 (Tue) - 16 Nov 10: Bethany/Dead Sea/Qumran [B/L/D]

This morning we drive via the Judean Desert to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth. We visit Bethany, the home of Mary, Martha and Lazarus (John 1-46) Then on to Jericho Road we will view the Inn of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37) and the Judean wilderness. Drive along the Dead Sea to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Visit the remains of the Community Centre of the Essences and the Caves of the Scrolls. After Lunch we will stop at the Shore of the Dead Sea for a dip in the salt and mineral laden waters. Dinner and overnight.

Day 9 (Wed) - 17 Nov 10: Bethlehem/Eliat/Taba/St. Catherine [B/L/D]

After breakfast and checking out from the Hotel we drive south along the Dead Sea and the Negev to Eilat where we have lunch. After lunch we cross Taba border to Egypt. We will be met by our Egyptian guide and driver and then drive to St. Catherine Monastery to visit it. Dinner and overnight at St. Catherine.

Day 10 (Thu) - 18 Nov 10: Mt. Sinai/Suez Canal/Cairo [B/L/D]

Before dawn, we will climb up Mt. Sinai where Moses received the 10 commandments. We will enjoy a late breakfast after we climb down and then we proceed to Cairo via Suez Canal. Dinner and overnight in Cairo.

Day 11 (Fri) - 19 Nov 10: Cairo/Pyramids/Sphinx/Giza/Egyptian Museum [B/L/D]

Morning visit to the Egyptian Museum to view many specimens of the finest antiquities including precious collections from the tomb of ol’Tut-Ankh-Amon. Then drive through the city past Cairo University to Giza. Visiting Cheops Pyramid and the Sphinx. Camels or horses will be available to ride to the Pyramid Plateau (Optional). Afternoon sightseeing drives along the Nile Cornice past East El Ainin 1-lospital to “Old Cairo” to visit the Coptic Churches of Ahu Sarga associated with the Flight of the Christ Child to Egypt, Ben Erza Mosque and MAR Mosque.
Dinner and overnight in Cairo.

Day 12 (Sat) - 20 Nov 10: Cairo/Singapore [B/L]

After breakfast embark on a shopping tour – Visit the perfume factory, flower cotton shop and Sondos Papyrus shop. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch check out of hotel for departure to airport. For your flight to Singapore.

Day 13 (Sun) - 21 Nov 10: Arrive Singapore [Meals on Board]

Safe arrival home at 1345 hours – Home Sweet Home...
