Day 03: Pei Kuan Farm – Yang Ming Shan Hot Spring (B/D)
After breakfast, visit the following

1. Martyr’s Shrine: You may see the changing of guards ceremony.
2. Mao Princess House: Experience the Taiwan aboriginal culture.
3. Taipei101 Shopping Mall: Taiwan’s tallest skyscraper-Taipei 101(observatory fee own expenses)
4. Shilin Mansion Residence Park: It of former president of Chiang Kai-Shek and his wife Song Mei-ling.
5. Tea Culture Center: Enjoy the special savor of Taiwan Tea.
6. Yang Ming Shan Hot Spring: Relaxing and rejuvenate with the famous natural hot spring in Taipei.

We will visit C.K.S Memorial Hall, used to be a monument built in memory of former president Chiang Kai-Shek and Martyr’s Shrine can also be seen , it holds an elaborate ceremony of changing guards hourly. The beautiful Yehliu Scenic Area is a cape protruding above sea level, the spectacular, internationally-known landscape, such as Queen’s Head Rock, bean curd rocks, and sea-eroded caves, were formed by wave erosion, weathering and crustal movement .Next we visit Jiufen, During the period of Japanese colonization, it says that all the gold mined from here was sent to Japan. It is said that Jiufen was prosperous because of a gold rush but then faded with the decline of gold mining activities. After the beginning shooting of the movie “ A City of Sadness”, Jiufen became a hotspot for tourists.You can also try to experience the rustic yet refined hot spring culture, and relax your body and soul at Beitou Hot Spring. At night, Shilin Night Marketgot full of local Taiwanese cuisine and snacks, such as pan-fried dumplings, frogs-laying-eggs, plus-size chicken cutlets and Shiling sausages, etc. Accommodations: Taoyuan: Yingzhen / Today or similar, Taichung: Palmer / Harbour or similar,Taipei: Paradise / Crystal or similar.
